Program Description
The Program sends appointment reminders, service notifications, and replies to your questions from HILLSBORO ALLERGY & FAMILY MEDICINE, INC. to the mobile number you provide.

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued participation in the Program after that means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HILLSBORO ALLERGY & FAMILY MEDICINE, INC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program, including any delay or failure in message delivery.
